1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phgames ("phgames," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://phgames.app ("the Platform"). 3. Eligibility

To register and use the phgames Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. phgames strictly enforces this age restriction and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phgames, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phgames or any Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

4. Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the phgames Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phgames immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team via live chat.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.

phgames reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. Account registration does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the Platform.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

phgames supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, and 7-Eleven CliQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in your account settings and may vary by payment method.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the phgames Platform:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• phgames charges zero withdrawal fees on all standard transactions. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which phgames accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. phgames reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 60 seconds of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically completed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and system availability.
• phgames reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once wagering has commenced. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all deposit transactions.
• phgames complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

phgames offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and are in good standing on the Platform.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation.
• phgames reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account prior to the modification.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• phgames reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the phgames Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets. The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. phgames does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or bet, phgames reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may be adjusted by phgames at any time.
• For sports betting markets, phgames reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time, including in-play markets, without prior notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, the decision of phgames shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Odds and game return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game or market. phgames does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any bet.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phgames Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in legal action:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 9160, as amended).
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in relation to phgames transactions.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other Players' accounts, or phgames' systems and infrastructure.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the phgames Platform — including but not limited to the phgames brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of phgames or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phgames.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use the phgames brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of phgames intellectual property may result in legal action under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act 8293).

10. Privacy & Data Protection

phgames collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of the Philippines (Republic Act 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in Platform availability caused by technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phgames' reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Actions taken by phgames in good faith to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulatory requirements.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phgames' liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

phgames reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the Player.
• Requests for self-exclusion submitted by the Player under the Responsible Gaming program.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from Philippine gaming authorities.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds and pending investigations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon account closure.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and phgames, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. phgames will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or platform conduct, phgames' internal dispute resolution process shall be the first point of escalation. All decisions made through this process will be communicated to the Player in writing within fifteen (15) business days of the formal complaint being lodged.
